Faculty

Don't Teach What's Known. Teach What's Undiscovered.

GCTI faculty don't lecture. They reveal. They verify. They defend. And they teach others to do the same.

The Model

The GCTI Faculty Model

GCTI faculty are practitioners first, educators second. Every faculty member must demonstrate:

Active Practice

Active professional practice in their track's field.

Framework Mastery

Mastery of at least one GCTI proprietary framework (AXON OS IQ500™, VESPA TRIAD™, QA Triad Verification™, or the 1+1 model).

Defensible Portfolio

A portfolio of defensible work — outputs with complete audit trails verified in real-world contexts.

Teach Ownership

The ability to teach the Co-Intelligence Protocol™ — not just AI usage, but AI ownership.

We don't hire professors who've never shipped. We hire professionals who've defended their work in the field — and can teach others to do the same.

Responsibilities

What GCTI Faculty Do

  • Design and deliver course content using proprietary frameworks
  • Conduct honors practical assessments
  • Mentor students through practical exercises and verification protocols
  • Contribute to curriculum development and framework evolution
  • Participate in the annual GCTI Summit
  • Maintain active professional practice (GCTI faculty are part-time — you keep your day job)

Philosophy

The Verification-First Teaching Philosophy

At GCTI, teaching isn't about transferring knowledge. It's about transferring the ability to verify. Our faculty don't just teach students to use AI — they teach students to own AI, to defend every output, and to build audit trails that hold up under regulatory scrutiny.

Every GCTI faculty member teaches with the same principle: the output must be defensible. If a student's work can't withstand a regulator's question, it's not finished.

Why

Why Teach at GCTI

Because you believe what we believe: that AI without verification is a liability, that education should reveal the undiscovered, and that one person with one AI — properly verified — can change the world.

Because you've been the person checking every detail while others said "correct steps were taken." And you know that the world needs more people like you.

Because teaching at GCTI isn't a job. It's a movement.
