Terms of Service

By accessing or using the GCTI ("GCTI", "we", "us", or "our") website at gcti.app and any related services, applications, or platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User", "you", or "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GCTI, operated under the auspices of Emboa, with offices in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.

"Services" refers to all educational content, courses, tracks, certifications, payment systems, student dashboard, admissions platform, and related tools provided by GCTI.

"Student" refers to any individual enrolled, applying, or registered in any GCTI course, track, or program.

"Proprietary Frameworks" refers to AXON OS IQ500™, VESPA TRIAD™, QA Triad Verification™, 1 CEO + 1 AI SuperAgent™, 99.999% Certified Perfection™, Co-Intelligence Protocol™, and Soka™, all of which are trademarks of GCTI.

"Platform" refers to the web-based learning environment accessible at gcti.app.

"Personal Data" has the meaning given in the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3.1. To enroll in GCTI programs, you must be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent.

3.2. Enrollment requires completion of the Soka™ AI admissions interview, submission of government-issued identification (national ID or equivalent), and successful completion of the entrance assessment.

3.3. GCTI reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3.4. Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique Student ID that links all your academic records, payment history, and personal data.

3.5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Student ID and dashboard access token. GCTI is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.1. GCTI provides educational courses across four (4) tracks: AI & Data Professional (AID), Full-Stack Developer (FSD), Digital Business Operations (DBO), and Creative Technology (CRT), each comprising five (5) courses for a total of twenty (20) courses.

4.2. Course content, methodology, and frameworks are proprietary intellectual property of GCTI. Students receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only.

4.3. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements and are verified via blockchain-anchored records and QA Triad™ verification. GCTI certificates are private certification, not accredited qualifications.

4.4. GCTI does not guarantee employment outcomes. Course descriptions, income ranges, and career projections are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of future earnings.

4.5. The "honors" designation requires successful completion of a live practical assessment as described in each track's honors description.

5.1. Course fees are displayed in USD. GCTI accepts payment via Cambodia-native methods: KHQR (universal QR), Wing, ABA Bank, and Bakong Credit Transfer.

5.2. Payment plans include upfront payment and monthly installment options as displayed on the checkout page.

5.3. Upon payment, an automated confirmation will be sent to intake@gcti.app and a receipt to your registered email address.

5.4. All payments are processed through the gcti-payments backend system. GCTI does not store credit card information.

5.5. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, available separately on this website.

6.1. All course content, curriculum, methodologies, frameworks, systems, processes, software, branding, logos, and materials published on this Platform are the proprietary intellectual property of GCTI.

6.2. The following are trademarks of GCTI, pending registration:

QA Triad Verification™ — Three-layer fact verification methodology

Soka™ — AI admissions consultant

6.3. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, adaptation, public display, or commercial exploitation of any GCTI trademark, framework, methodology, or course content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal legal action under the Laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia and applicable international treaties.

7.1. You agree not to:

Share, transfer, or sell your Student ID or dashboard access to third parties

Copy, record, reproduce, or redistribute course content without express written permission

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any GCTI platform, tool, or framework

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia

Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code

Harass, threaten, or harm other students, faculty, or staff

Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during enrollment

7.2. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of fees paid, and legal action.

8.1. GCTI utilizes AI tools including the Soka™ admissions consultant and AI-assisted learning systems. Students acknowledge that AI tools may produce errors, hallucinations, or inaccurate outputs.

8.2. GCTI employs QA Triad Verification™ to minimize such errors; however, students are responsible for independently verifying AI-generated outputs in their coursework and professional practice.

8.3. GCTI is not liable for decisions made by students based on AI-generated content without independent verification.

9.1. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2. GCTI does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9.3. GCTI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9.4. GCTI's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the course or program giving rise to the claim.

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, including the Law on E-Commerce, the Law on Education, the Draft Law on Personal Data Protection, and applicable ASEAN frameworks.

10.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

10.3. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, under the rules of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC).

10.4. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

10.5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GCTI may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

11.1. GCTI may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.

11.2. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
